All-Together Supports (ATS) is seeking experienced and passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team. We provide person-centered care to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker with ATS, you will provide high-quality support to Participants in their homes and the community. Your responsibilities will include:

•  Personal care and hygiene assistance

• Social and community engagement support

• Medication prompting and administration

• Meal preparation and household tasks

• Transporting Participants to appointments and outings

• Supporting individuals with complex needs

Employment Criteria:

We are looking for empathetic and professional individuals who are committed to providing exceptional care.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience or desire to work in the disability or community services sector

• NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Full Australian Driver’s License & own reliable vehicle

• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays

• An understanding, patient, and non-judgmental approach to care

• DESIRABLE: Certificate III (or higher) in Disability or Community Services (or willingness to obtain)
