Our Approach
Our PAS services are delivered through a trauma-informed, strengths-based and child-centred approach, guided by our core values.
We work with integrity and accountability in complex systems, ensuring assessments and recommendations are ethical, thorough and focused on long-term stability. We bring kindness and empathy to our work with children, young people and families, and demonstrate courage by advocating for safe, culturally responsive and sustainable permanency outcomes.
Respect for lived experience, identity and family connections underpins every aspect of our PAS work.
