Individualised Living Options (ILO)
Living options that are designed around your life.
At All-Together Supports, our Individualised Living Options (ILO) services support NDIS participants to live in a home that truly reflects who they are — their lifestyle, preferences and goals.
What is ILO?
ILO are flexible NDIS supports that create a living arrangement that works for you, focusing on your personal preferences, safety and stability. ILO provides:
Tailored support: Designed to meet specific needs, combining formal and informal support (family, friends).
Flexible living arrangements: Options include living alone, co-residency with housemates, or living with a host family.
More than housing: ILO funding does not pay for the actual house, rent, or utilities, but rather the support required to live there.
Autonomy: Individuals choose where they live, who they live with, and how their support is provided.

Our Approach
Our ILO approach is led by choice, control and flexibility. We believe people should have the freedom to design living arrangements that reflect who they are and how they want to live.
We take the time to listen deeply, work collaboratively and support participants through thoughtful planning and implementation. Guided by respect for autonomy, kindness in relationship-building, and courage to think beyond traditional models, we help create living options that are sustainable, empowering and truly individualised.
