At All-Together Supports, our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services are designed to help NDIS participants live with greater independence, confidence and choice — while receiving the right level of support to thrive.
What is SIL?
SIL is NDIS funding for paid personal support workers to help people with a disability with daily tasks, focusing on skill-building and independence.
What it covers
Assistance with daily tasks like meal preparation, cleaning, medication administration, and personal care (showering/dressing).
Varying support levels ranging from drop-in support to 24/7 care, including overnight assistance.
Supports in a home you own, rent or share with other NDIS participants
Increasing participant independence by teaching life skills
What it does NOT cover
Rent, groceries or household items

Our Approach
Our approach to Supported Independent Living is grounded in respect, integrity and genuine partnership. We understand that a home is more than just a place to live – it should be a place where people feel safe, valued and empowered to control their daily lives.
Our experienced support workers take time to understand what matters most to participants and work collaboratively with families, guardians and allied health services to ensure continuity of care whilst supporting independence at their own pace, encouraging skill development, and honouring individual routines, preferences and cultural identity.

SDA Improved Livability Home – TAMWORTH
Contruction is underway for a brand new Specialist Disability Accommodation (Improved Livability) home, coming January 2026.
This home has been purposefully planned to support people with disabilities who benefit from an Improved Livability design standard. It will offer greater visibility, accessibility and comfort while still feeling like a home.
