Lisa Fulton

Co-Founder +
Business Leader

After more than 20 years working in the Disability sector, Lisa co-founded All Together Supports in 2025 in order to realise her vision for a workplace that reflected her personal and professional values – integrity, kindness, respect and courage.

These values are the foundation of everything that Lisa does – from leadership and management, to empowering her employees and collaborating with community. Lisa is immensely passionate about inclusion, social justice and supporting all people to live their lives to the fullest.

Lisa was proud to be a finalist for the Outstanding Business Leader award at the 2025 Tamworth Quality Business Awards. 

Jeff Fulton

Co-Founder + Business Leader, Specialist Services

With over 20 years of leadership experience within the community sector – including child protection, OOHC, case management and working alongside vulnerable children, young people and families – Jeff brings enormous value to All-Together Supports as the co-founder and Business Leader, Specialist Services.

Jeff has a Degree in Social Science, Diploma in Counselling and is trained in executive level strategic leadership.

Jeff’s focus on strategic leadership and program development provides a unique focus to our Specialist Services, ensuring programs are tailored to participant needs and staff are trained to a high standard that algins with our Mission, Vision and Values.

Takara Delmege

Program Leader

With a genuine passion for people and a wealth of diverse experience across disability, child protection and community sectors, Takara brings a positive, bright and warm energy to her role as Team Leader.

Takara is deeply committed to a trauma-informed and person-centred approaches, with strong expertise in supporting people with psychosocial disabilities, and a dedication to safeguarding vulnerable individuals.

Jenny Bailey

Registered Nurse + Nursing Team Leader

With over 10 years of nursing experience, Jen brings compassion, skill and a whole lot of heart to the All-Together Supports team.

When she’s not supporting participants or lending her clinical expertise, you’ll find her cooking up a storm, belting out karaoke or relaxing with a good book.

Hot pink is her go-to colour, pasta is her ride-or-die and helping people is what lights her up!
