Community Access
Improving wellbeing through belonging, connection and confidence.
At All-Together Supports, our Community Access services support NDIS participants to build confidence, relationships and social connections by engaging in meaningful community participation.
What is Community Access?
NDIS Community Access helps participants connect with their community, build skills and reduce isolation. The flexible funding supports the achievement of personal goals, allowing participants to enjoy hobbies, develop skills and feel included.
What it covers
Social activities: Going to the movies, concerts, markets, parks, or family gatherings.
Skill development: Attending courses, workshops, or joining sports groups.
Transport: Support to go shopping, banking, or attend appointments (like medical or therapy).
Community engagement: Volunteering, joining local clubs, or attending community events and social groups.

Our Approach
Our approach to community access focuses on meaningful participation, not just presence. We support participants to engage in activities that align with their interests, strengths and aspirations.
Through kindness and encouragement, we build confidence and connection. Through respect, we honour individual comfort levels, identities and lived experiences. And through courage, we support participants to explore new opportunities, build independence and strengthen their sense of belonging within the community.
